This allows for a faster and more flexible R&D process while delivering higher precision than any third-party could offer. From modifications to our injection moulding tool to the construction of our pilot line, our expertise in mechanical engineering has proven to be an invaluable asset.
Pilot Line
We built a pilot line with a capacity of 1.5 million units per year to deliver a proof of concept, serve as a basis for large scale production lines, and manufacture the ends needed for technical, production and safety testing.
Patented Globally
The click cap's IP is protected by over 400 patents in 18 patent families.
