Top Cap Holding owns an extensive array of machinery required to build and modify its tools. This allows for a faster and more flexible R&D process while delivering higher precision than any third-party could offer. From modifications to our injection moulding tool to the construction of our pilot line, our expertise in mechanical engineering has proven to be an invaluable asset.
Pilot line
Top Cap will not manufacture the click cap® for commercial sale. We built a pilot line with a capacity of 1.5 million units per year to deliver a proof of concept, serve as a basis for large scale production lines, and manufacture the ends needed for early test markets.
Patented Globally
The click cap's IP is protected by over 400 patents in patent 18 families. With the introduction of Click Cap 2.0, we've expanded our protection, adding five new patent families to our portfolio.
